Raimundo Morales joined Banco de Credito in 1980, where he has been the C. E. O. since November 1990. Mr. Morales is also Chief Operating Officer of CREDICORP.

Credicorp is the largest financial services holding company in Perú and is closely identified with its principal subsidiary, BCP, the country’s largest bank and the leading supplier of integrated financial services in Perú. Credicorp is engaged principally in commercial banking and investment banking.  As of December 31, 2006, Credicorp’s total assets were US$12.9 billion and shareholders’ equity was US$1.5 billion. Credicorp primarily operates via its four principal subsidiaries: Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), Atlantic Security Holding Corporation ASHC (an offshore bank), El Pacífico-Perúano Suiza Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros PPS (an insurance company) and  Banco de Crédito de Bolivia.

From 1987 to 1990, he was Chairman of the Board and President of Atlantic Security Bank in Miami and previously Executive Vice President of the Wholesale Banking Group at Banco de Crédito BCP.  In addition, he has worked at Wells Fargo Bank from 1971 through 1980 in numerous locations in Latin America, and his last position at that bank was Vice President for the Southern Region.

Mr. Morales is currently Chairman of the Board of Prima AFP (pension fund management company) and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Universidad del Pacífico; Board Member of Atlantic Security Bank, Banco de Crédito de Bolivia, Pacífico Perúano Suiza, Pacífico Vida, Instituto Perúano de Economía and Visa International Latin America and Caribbean Region.

Mr. Morales graduated in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Perú. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
